應(yīng)用說明II：BEHLKE固態(tài)開關(guān) 有極端的上升和下降時(shí)間。如果應(yīng)用程序不需要 全開關(guān)速度 建議使用限速選項(xiàng) S-TT（上升和下降時(shí)間減慢約 50%）與 輸入低通濾波器選項(xiàng) LP。限速選項(xiàng)有助于將高頻降至低 快速高壓脈沖電路的典型困難（例如，自... 振蕩、自重新觸發(fā)、振鈴等）并簡化EMC設(shè)計(jì) 通常。應(yīng)用 說明三：快速 MOSFET開關(guān)對(duì) 未箝位的感性負(fù)載或接線電感過大。
反向電流可能會(huì)打開慢速 本征（寄生）MOSFET二極管以未定義的方式出現(xiàn)，并可能導(dǎo)致 災(zāi)難性的開關(guān)故障，尤其是在關(guān)斷階段 與高關(guān)斷電流相結(jié)合。因此，建議 始終將MOSFET開關(guān)與快速續(xù)流二極管網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合 （快速串行阻斷二極管 + 并聯(lián)快速續(xù)流二極管），當(dāng) 感性負(fù)載或高感性接線連接到開關(guān)。
